Open talk “How do we become entrepreneurs?” with Masha Churkin and Nataša Kovačević

The next meeting of the Russian-Serbian project Bliže will take place at the Ana Popović Shoes & Friends Pop Up market! The market will feature over 40 local designers, including brands from Serbia, other Balkan countries, and brands with Russian roots.

Executive coach Nataša Kovačević, together with Masha Churkin, the owner of the brand "Prosto Jewelry," will discuss the differences in Serbian and Russian approaches to building a business, the balance between work and personal life, challenges on the path of an entrepreneur, and what helps to achieve goals, even when you immigrate to a new country.

Participants of the event will be able to talk with speakers and each other, ask questions, express their views, and exchange contacts with interesting people.

The goal of the “Bliže” project is to create a space for meaningful communication between local residents and Russian-speaking immigrants, where personal experience is more important than formal expertise. We believe that we can give each other a lot of inspiration and benefit, exchange important ideas, and learn something new.

About the speakers

Nataša Kovačević is the owner of the Mindfit project, an executive coach working with entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses on improving team competencies and efficiency, as well as leadership development.

Masha Churkin is a hereditary jeweler and the owner of Prosto Jewelry, with stores in Belgrade and Moscow, and her own jewelry atelier. She runs a blog about jewelry, entrepreneurship, and immigration.
