Why does Britain need more nuclear power, and how can we make it happen? To find out, join journalist and writer James O'Malley in conversation with climate campaigner and science communicator Zion Lights.

Doors open at 6pm, talk begins at 7pm and will last until approximately 8:30pm including an audience Q&A.

And feel free to stick around after and hang out with us!

Tickets are £5 for paying subscribers to either Odds and Ends of History or Everything is Light, and £10 for everyone else. (Be honest, we will check!)

Zion Lights is a leading science communicator advocating for nuclear energy as a critical solution to the climate crisis. Known for her evidence-driven approach, Zion champions nuclear power as a safe, scalable alternative to fossil fuels. She has spoken at top venues like the Royal Society and presented to key figures such as the Energy Minister in Westminster.

James O'Malley is a writer and journalist who covers politics and technology. He is the author of the Odds and Ends of History newsletter, and over the years has written for publications including The New Statesman, The Spectator, Politico, Wired, The House, Which? Computing, PC Pro, Gizmodo and many others.
