Sound Bath w/ Matthew Dowdy

​As part of the ongoing Serenity Now exhibition, Matthew Dowdy will lead a special sound performance designed to foster presence, calm, and deep listening. The experience will begin with a brief silent meditation, gently transitioning into a crystal singing bowl sound bath.

​Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and/or pillow to create a grounded and comfortable space for rest and reflection. At the close of the session, each guest will receive a handmade beeswax candle crafted by Matthew—a small, intentional token to help extend the practice into everyday life.
