8:15am: Check-in
8:30am - 9:15am - Guided Pilates class instructed by Anj
9:15am - 10:30am: Demo amp’s smart home gym, savor Kefi pour-overs, mix & mingle
What to bring: Yourselves and a water bottle!
Yoga mats are included.

Anj - Instructor & Founder, SQZ Wellness
Anj is a 600-hour certified Pilates instructor based in NYC, and on a mission to make high-quality Pilates more accessible by eliminating its biggest barrier—cost. She host reformer classes in Flatiron, teach at Chelsea Piers, and organize monthly wellness events with fellow NYC founders.
