About Event

Let's dive into "unlimited" PTO (although I'll convince you to stop calling it "unlimited"!) Netflix made a big splash with their 2004 transition to "unlimited" PTO. But many US employers haven't taken that leap yet, although they feel it's inevitable. Or an early-stage start-up knows that's the direction they want to go, but they don't know how. To any employer considering transitioning to or putting in place an "unlimited" PTO plan, I'll lay out the fundamentals, the benefits, the drawbacks, the considerations and the options and we'll have time for Q&A. (Note - this is applicable to US employers only). This topic is especially relevant to fCFOs and fCOOs, who love the idea of getting or keeping huge unpaid PTO liabilities off the books.
