Join us for a night of connection and relaxation with Mellanie and Denise. We will begin the night with Mellanie guiding us through a cacao ceremony as we take a moment to explore this heart opening medicine and connect to ourselves. Denise will then guide us through a tranquil sound bath to soothe and realign our minds and nerves.
