Hello! "Grounded Coworking" is a way to practice the philosophy of "emotional embracement for work". It's a practice towards embracing distractions as signals, listening to one's emotions in the body, and cultivating a sense of kindness & spacious awareness towards the current experience.
We will begin each session with a guided 10 minute meditation from Pranab and then start 25 minute pomodoro sessions with 5 minute breaks.
