​The only thing I know with absolute certainty is that I love my child more deeply than I ever imagined possible—and that unknowing (with regards to mostly everything else in my life) has become the foundation of my most authentic coaching. This talk explores how the beautiful chaos of motherhood mirrors the coaching process: both require holding space for mess, growth, and profound change. I'll share how becoming a mother forced me to recontract my relationships, redefine success, and embrace a beginner's mind that has revolutionized how I show up as a coach. This is about allowing yourself to be transformed by what you don't know, and how that vulnerability becomes your greatest strength.
