Toronto is home to a growing start-up scene, but an often-overlooked part of this environment are those entrepreneurs who are focusing on social problems. Whether they are starting for-profit businesses and employment social enterprises or more traditional nonprofits or charities, these entrepreneurs and their partners will play an important part in making Toronto a progressive and inclusive city.
To kick off the Social Ventures Zone's 10th anniversary event series, Join Toronto Metropolitan University’s pioneering social business incubator as we learn from the models and success stories of some of Toronto’s leading social entrepreneurs, investors, and partners that are supporting their growth.
