For many, the process of becoming a mother is not just about nurturing another life but also about facing an unraveling—a confrontation with change, identity, and control.

当你的身体孕育生命、形态改变、经历痛楚,并留下无法抹去的痕迹时,你是否仍然认得它?

Body Memory Cards 身体记忆卡片 – A self-awareness exercise to explore your relationship with your body.
What do you feel—tension, exhaustion, softness, resistance? How has this changed through motherhood or witnessing others become mothers?
身体觉察练习:你现在的身体感受是什么?紧绷、疲惫、柔软、抗拒?这些感觉在怀孕、产后,或是目睹他人成为母亲后发生了怎样的变化?

Writing a Letter to Your Body 给身体的一封信 – A private or shared reflection.
Simply acknowledge the struggles and triumphs of your physical form. What would you tell yourself if no one else was listening?
私密或公开的书写练习:写给你的身体——拥抱新的变化,或是诚实地承认这些挣扎与成长。如果没有人听见,你最想对自己说什么?

This is not a lecture. This is not a workshop with a fixed goal.

This is a space—a moment to speak and be heard, to feel without judgment, and to sit with the contradictions and complexities of motherhood.
