Hi Students!

​Are you feeling uncertainty on your career path? Ever wonder if you’re on the right track or simply wanting to get clarity in your current role?

​Come join us at the upcoming "Industry Mentoring Event", a collaborative initiative between Sunway University & Talentbank. This programme is a significant step towards nurturing future professionals by integrating academic knowledge with real-world expertise.

​In this unique programme, you can book a one-on-one session with an experienced mentor — professionals who have a minimum five years of working experience. Our mentors range from startup managers to CEOs of multinational corporations, offering you diverse perspectives and the answers to your questions.

​You will be given 15 minutes (no more than 20 minutes) to discuss your career, family, studies, or any other topics that you wish to get direct feedback on. Rest assured, all conversations with our mentors will remain private and confidential.

​Here are some sample questions to help guide you through your session.

• ​How can I successfully transition from student life to a professional environment?

• ​What are the current trends and future prospects in my field of study?

• ​How should I handle conflicts or difficult situations in the workplace?

• ​How can I effectively leverage my university network and alumni connections during my job search?
