Join our host Nicole at Laguna Coast Wilderness Park for the chance to get under the sun and enjoy a moment of mindfulness in nature together on the trail. The 2.4-mile loop near Laguna Woods, California is considered an easy route and takes an average of 59 min to complete. Don't forget to wear a hat and bring water! SPF will be provided by Solara!
