About Event

This 60-minute experience involves long, passive mat-based holds, balancing the threshold between discomfort and pain.  The intention is to stretch fascia and muscles and stress joints, ligaments and tendons to restore a healthy and balanced shape and movement patterns to the body.  Classes are typically structured and themed around energetic qualities, such as the Chakra System or the Meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Common themes include:  Fire & Water, Fire & Earth, Fire & Wood and Fire & Metal.

 

Please bring a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, a yoga bolster / cushion and up to two blankets.
