Sunday Sanctuary: Mindful Yoga, Journaling & Community Breakfast
Join us for an intentional morning of peace, flow and connection. We will spend the morning dropping into mindfulness based journaling and grounding yoga.
Following our expansive workshop full of movement with our bodies and minds, you will be welcomed with a yummy breakfast and time for fellowship + community.
Your hosts Emily & Jacey are excited to support you for this Sunday morning in Williamsburg at Rivian! Show up in any state of being but walk away feeling easeful and clear.
No journaling or yoga experience necessary!
What to Expect:
🧘🏼♀️ Vinyasa Yoga — a 40 minute, grounding vinyasa yoga class taught by Jacey Adler to drop you into your body, connecting breath and movement together to cultivate deep levels of presence. This class will be all levels and modifications will be offered to support your practice. Please bring a mat!
📝 Journaling — journals, decor, and writing utensils are included! You will be supported by Emily of Journaling Classes.
🚗 A ride in a Rivian! — scoop a local ride back to the train or your space in Williamsburg/Greenpoint after you've plunged and journaled!
👫 Community & Connection — show up and be sure to walk away with a new connection or friend. This is a space to not just connect with self but to dig deeper with others.
🧘 Mindfulness-based journaling prompts & movement — we will explore our true selves, topics of healing, intention setting, and more.
🌿 A safe space — during our time together, we will have the opportunity to connect with ourselves and those around us through flow, writing, and community. We will have a ceremonial moment that will allow us to connect to the ground and space we are in.

About your hosts:
Emily Chertow, she/her, is the founder of @journalingclasses. She is a Brooklyn-based creative, often spending time in parks with friends and coffee shops with her journal. Emily is passionate about advocating for mental health, human connection, and the power of putting pen to paper. Emily has put pen to paper with over 10k people and is passionate about holding space that is inclusive, safe, and welcoming to all!
Jacey Adler, a yoga and meditation teacher based in Brooklyn, is both a life-long student & teacher. She's passionate about creating supportive spaces where people can have honest conversations & connect on what it means to be human to the fullest. Along with teaching yoga, Jacey creates content on how to live a more fulfilling life & offers 1:1 coaching to support you in your journey.
