Develop for Good Sum23 Demo Day

​Develop for Good is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that supports teams of college students as they work on tech projects under professional mentors for other nonprofits. Since 2020 and over the course of 130,000 volunteer hours, Develop for Good has supported 1,800 students and mentors on 130+ tech projects with nonprofits including UNICEF, the World Health Organization, and the Smithsonian Institution. 80% of our students are underserved or underrepresented in tech. Ultimately, we aim to empower the diverse leaders of tomorrow to learn by doing good.

​About the event:
Demo Day is a virtual celebration of the tech work our student teams have completed, and the magnified impact those digital solutions will make through our nonprofit partners. This summer, we deployed nearly 400 college students and industry mentors. Join us to view short demos of the tech projects they've been working on for our nonprofit partners over the past 16 weeks. In this interactive session, we'll ask you to submit nominations for standout project teams as you watch. At the same time, you'll learn more about Develop for Good's higher level impact and vision, and how you can join us to build a better world together.
