AQ (Adversity Quotient) Rising - Turning Setbacks Into Strength

​In our last roundtable, I asked our co-host (and founder) what top 3 qualities he hopes our future generations will embody. His answer was simple yet powerful: honesty, courage to try, and the ability to learn from mistakes.

​If we want our future generations to be able to learn from mistakes, then firstly we must be the change that we want to see in the world. Inspired by this, we’ve designed this week’s roundtable as a space for peer-sharing, learning, and support. 

​Here is what to expect:

• ​Four participants will each share a personal story around mistakes, failures, and the lessons learned — 5 minutes per speaker.

• ​After the stories, we’ll have a 15-minute group discussion for deeper reflection and connection.

​If you’d like to reserve a speaking slot, please reach out to me by July 15th. Even if you’d prefer to just listen, your presence matters — everyone is welcome.

• ​This is not a space for judgment or criticism.

• ​We are here to listen, support, and encourage each other — both strategically and emotionally.

• ​Sharing openly helps us grow stronger.
