Enjoy Wellness Brunch - Women's Day Event in Seattle

​Join us this Women’s Day for the Enjoy Wellness Brunch, a celebration of community, health, and connection! On March 8th, from 10:30 AM to 2 PM in Seattle, we’re bringing together women from all walks of life to connect, move, and be inspired.

​This event is co-hosted by Enjoy Life with Michaela (founded by Michaela Campbell) and Crunch & Brunch (founded by Miracle Olatunji).

​Start your day with an uplifting all-levels yoga class followed by a soothing sound bath to restore your inner balance. Dive into self-care activities designed to inspire and rejuvenate, and savor a delicious brunch spread and coffee/matcha by Bonhomie Coffee Co. as you connect with like-minded women in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

​Schedule:

• ​10:30am - Arrive, check in and get settled by your yoga mat and goodie bag

• ​11am - Yoga by Michaela Campbell (No need to bring a mat! Free People Movement yoga mats will be set up for you when you arrive)

• ​12pm - Sound Bath by Tasha Hampton

• ​12:30pm - Brunch & Activities by Miracle Olatunji ft. Lululemon, Free People Movement, HeyDay, Women Homeownership, Macrina Bakery, Seattle Bakeshop, Bonhomie Coffee Co., & MORE!
