Angel Groups x Plug And Play Preview Day hosted by New York Angels
After a highly successful first Angel Preview Day in November, New York Angels and Plug and Play are proud to host a second joint preview of ten hand-select Plug and Play startups for 28* of the largest US angel groups. The ten will be screened for interest in an angel-led Seed Round, along with having an attractive product or service, being regionally diverse and generally “angel-friendly.”

Over the past 15 years, Plug and Play has brought together 35,000+ startups, 500+ world-leading corporations, and hundreds of venture capital firms, universities, and government agencies across 20+ industries.
During the event, live polling will collect the interest level in each company along with volunteers to lead a follow-on Discovery process. The goal is to help each group increase deal flow into its own, regular process. This is not syndication. Rather, it’s a way to see high quality startups from a new pipeline and (hopefully) build collaboration between the leading angel groups.

I am a member in good standing of one of the invited angel groups
I agree to abide by my angel group’s rules, bylaws and expectations regarding confidentiality, conflicts of interest and any treaties between the participating angel groups.
I will be making my own decisions, and not relying on diligence documents or materials from other participating angel groups. I agree to hold harmless the organizers, Plug & Play and all other participants in the event from any and all claims that may arise out of my participation.
Information discussed regarding presenting companies may include proprietary and confidential information and I agree to hold all such information in confidence and shall not use this information other than for the purposes of a possible investment in the presenting company.
