Moving through stressful times can be hard and very taxing. In this self-care session we will get to know and explore practices that can support you, from meditative practcies, through some breathwork exercises and movement. For this one I suggest wearing comfortable clothes and bringing a soft ground like a carpet or Yoga mat.
This self-care circle is for business owners to come together. We will ease in with an Instinctive Meditation practice, take time to journal with prompts relating to the topic. There will be time to share (totally optional) and we will also integrate the practice with a movement session. Get yourself set up in a comfortable spot, grab a journal, and bring an open heart.
