Ops Stories Roundtable: Strategic Workforce Planning

​Welcome to yet another Ops Stories roundtable. Every now and then, we put our heads together to dive into an operational topic presented to us by one of our community members.

​The format is simple and informal:

• ​The host presents the topic and shares a couple of questions.

• ​Depending on host's selected format, we either discuss the topic as a larger group or split into breakout rooms to discuss.

• ​For the last 30 mins, we summarise and share our takeaways, advice and actions.

​​This time, the topic is brought and conversation facilitated by Ghilaine Chan. A true operations powerhouse, Ghilaine is currently Director of Operations at Hubbub Fundraising, whilst also supporting a number of companies as an Interim Chief of Staff/COO.

​Having a ton of experience under her belt, off the back of a couple of questions/conversations in both Ops Stories and People Stories communities, Ghilaine offered to run a roundtable on Strategic Workforce Planning.
