About Event

Stock options sound exciting… but do you know how they actually fit into your financial future?

Whether you're negotiating a new job offer, working at a startup with high growth potential, or sitting on unexercised options—this conversation is for you.

Join financial advisor Rebecca Pino and startup CFO Kim Walch for a candid, practical breakdown of:

What equity options actually are (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs—broken down simply).

How to think about equity in the context of your entire financial plan.

When to exercise, when to sell, and what to consider before doing either.

Tax traps, vesting schedules, and how to avoid costly mistakes.

What it really means to have "potential" equity on paper vs. in real life.

You’ll walk away with clarity, next steps, and a better understanding of how equity impacts your wealth-building journey—whether you’re just getting started or have $1M on paper and don’t know what to do next.
