​Join us for a stimulating fireside conversation between art and science as part of the ImaginAction mentoring program. Together with our guests, Dr. Ellen Dobson and Dr. Wesley Marner, we will discuss and share the exciting possibilities when these two disciplines intersect.

​We will explore how arts-theatre-based practices can expand how we perceive and interact with science. We will share and exchange stories from the field of integrating arts and science to expand perspectives, enhance creativity, and foster innovation in both areas.

Dr. Ellen Dobson is passionate about Career Development, working closely with the UW-Madison Office of Postdoctoral Studies and the Morgridge Institute for Research in designing and delivering career development programming for postdoctoral researchers and staff scientists on campus.

​Dr. Wesley Marner manages the Morgridge Postdoctoral Fellowship and the Morgridge Professional Development Series, both designed to enrich our early-career scientists' experience through training, community building, and advising.
