Target Audience: Mid- to senior-level leaders who are feeling unfulfilled or stuck in their current roles. These professionals have at least one job under their belt and are motivated to make a meaningful change. They're ready to gain clarity on what’s next and take confident steps toward a career that aligns with their values, skills, and passions.
