Guest Speaker: Divyansh Sharma
Div Sharma is the Co-Founder and CTO of CoverTree, a modern, tech-driven insurance company focused on providing homeowners insurance for the 22 million Americans living in manufactured homes. He co-founded CoverTree in 2020 with his best friend, shortly after graduating from the University of Michigan. Today, CoverTree is one of the fastest-growing companies in its space, with a team of 50, operations in 15 states, and $23M in venture capital funding. He is passionate about driving innovation at the intersection of affordable housing and insurance. In his free time, he enjoys music festivals and watching the Detroit Lions win.

At 17, Ricky found a mentor who changed his life, guiding him into Central London's Real Estate scene. By 24, Ricky launched his first company, Hatton Real Estate. At just 30 years old, after growing the company into a success, he sold it for $30 million to Colliers International. Throughout his career, Ricky has been sought after for his expertise. He is now based in LA, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, students, and celebrities from all over the world. Ricky has played a pivotal role in the world of real estate entertainment, advising multiple brokers from the hit TV show Million Dollar Listing. In addition to this, his guidance has helped numerous companies secure funding, with his contributions aiding in raising capital for various ventures on Dragon’s Den (EU version of Shark Tank) and the UK’s hit show, The Apprentice. Ricky has also advised the UK government on all things entrepreneurship. In 2023, he founded Platform Seven, The Mentoring Platform, to empower others on their journey to success
