Maya Ghosn Bichara
An an active angel investor and former Sequoia scout, Maya is an advisor to purpose-driven tech startups and nonprofits with a keen focus on mental health. She also coaches business leaders through her organization Inward Onward. She played a pivotal role in scaling the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative from 30 to 600 employees in five years, serving as the Operations Director for their 160-person Education Team.
Maya's previous experience includes working as a Manager for McKinsey, where she built gender equality and family planning projects across the U.S., Canada, Denmark, and India.
Dr. Jack Kreindler
A doctor, med tech innovator, and explorer, Dr. Jack has over 20 years of expertise in extreme challenges, human performance science, and medicine aimed at extending health-span and quality of life in serious illness.
He is the CEO and Founder of WellFounded, a health service and performance program for entrepreneurs, utilised by top venture capitalists globally.
Monika Holod (Host)
Founder of OMA Mind, a software platform for instant mental health support. Monika previously led global brand teams at BlaBlaCar, OYO, and Ankorstore, and worked at Saatchi & Saatchi and Isobar during early social media days.
She is a trained mindfulness and meditation coach working with entrepreneurs individually and in group settings, and often speaks about managing founder psychology and mental resilience.
