Di sesi kali ini, kita bakal mulai dengan full body workout buat aktifin semua otot, lanjut easy run 2 lap x 3 set untuk jaga endurance dan pace ringan. Cocok banget buat lo yang lagi nyiapin 5K, 10K, atau 21K — baik pemula maupun pelari berpengalaman.
