About Event

We all want to build products that our customers love. But what is the secret sauce to understanding customer needs and wants? In our upcoming Swarm Salon, we are excited to welcome Arjun Arora, founder CEO of Betafi – a powerful user research platform where he will share how they are co-creating Betafi with their customers.

Betafi uses their own platform to do user research as well as usability testing in order to build a world-class research tool for their customers. You will get to experience the product live in action as Arjun will be giving a short demo of the product, as well as sharing some of his learnings from conducting 300+ user interviews while building Betafi.
