About Event

Mental Health Matters. Yet, while 1 in 10 people experiences depression every year, only 1 in 3 receives treatment—with varied barriers such as fear of stigma and difficulty in accessing effective care. And this is just one mental health disorder of many.

This 90-minute interactive workshop is open to anyone interested in exploring the topic and frameworks for understanding mental health and resilience. I’ll share my personal story, and then guide participants through frameworks grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and emotional intelligence research to deepen our understanding of ourselves and others around competencies such as empathy, self-awareness, and relationship management.

Everyone's mental health journey is different and unique--You are welcome to share and participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
