Description: College burnout can occur while trying to balance academic performance, family, work, extracurriculars, and for many, a new and exciting social life. Finding ways to prevent burnout centers on understanding burnout, ones definition of wellness and re-creating a balance.
Tuesday, June 7 | 1-2pm | Worried Sick: Understanding Worry & Anxiety
Description: Anxiety is a normal response to experiences in our life but when it begins to interfere with our day, it may herald significant (treatable) mental health concerns. We will explore the signs, symptoms, treatment options and how to access community resources.
Tuesday, July 12 | 1-2pm | Understanding Mood & Depression
Description: This workshop will provide overview of mood disorders and depression. We will explore the signs, symptoms and treatment options as well as community resources.
