​She is a multi-award-winning creative director, having just this year won a Pentaward, 3x Transform Awards, Creative Pool awards, and led White Bear to the Small Agency of the Year 2022.

​She is a judge on the Brand Impact Awards and lectures and speaks about brand building at universities, venture accelerators, and mentorship programmes.

​She is also passionate about equality in design and actively campaigns for a better gender balance in senior leadership in the creative fields.
