We begin with a dynamic 45 min vinyasa flow to open, align, activate and ground the body. Then, we dive into invigorating kundalini breath work, designed to clear energetic blocks and amplify the collective vibe of the group.
All of this sets the stage for ultimate mind, body, spirit liberation within the 75 min ecstatic dance section. Leave all your stress and worries on the floor with our amazing Live DJ and drums. Laugh, let go, and reclaim your power through untamed and unapologetic movement.

Amber Sky:
Amber has been teaching dance, yoga, and pilates for over 19 years around the globe. She specializes in creating deeply transformative events and immersions.
As a former professional modern dancer, she discovered breath work, vinyasa yoga and pilates along her path.
These powerful techniques helped her perform better, endure longer, recover faster, prevent injury, and enjoy life to the max. She couldn't wait to give back and share these transformative tools with her students.
Since then, Amber has taught for some of the most revered clubs, retreat centers and festivals including Equinox, Sports Club LA, YogaWorks, Rancho La Puerta, and Envision Festival.
Amber has produced all inclusive retreats and teacher trainings in 6 countries, including Costa Rica, Thailand, Peru, Guatemala, Mexico and the U.S. She can't wait to bring her magic to her local community in Dripping Springs.
Ocean Longnion:
Océan synthesizes an endless sea of variety in his ecstatic dance sets, encouraging the full range of human expression, and alchemizing our darkest parts into self-love and transcendence.
His sets combine world music, ambient, temple, shamanic, flamenco, medicinal, tribal bass, psytrance, trip-hop, sound healing, neo-disco, soulful lyrical, and much more... from festival favorites such as CloZee, Poranguí, Deya Dova, Temple Step Project, Liquid Bloom, Yaima, and Mose.

Who Is This For?
No experience necessary. All levels are welcome. Age 13+. We don't provide childcare at this time.
What To Bring:
- yoga mat
- water bottle - filtered water is provided
- an open heart and mind
What To Wear:
Active wear, loose comfy flowing pants, tops, skirts, etc. Whatever makes you feel most free and expressed. You'll want to have an outfit that works for both the yoga and dance portion.

No discussions on the dance floor
No alcohol, drugs, or substances
