Thursday Sunset Yoga in Perdido Key

​Join 500 hour Certified Yoga Teacher Kaiiitlyn for an all levels slow flow class every Thursday on beautiful Perdido Key. This class is for newcomers and seasoned yogis alike looking to destress, relax and find peace of mind. Blocks will be provided, but please bring water and your yoga mat or a beach towel. It is recommended that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to get checked in and settled.
