About Event

Hi if you're getting this, it's because I've identified you as someone that might be a fit for this.

Sprouts is a local not-for-profit that helps underserved youth land culinary jobs. I met its founder Kate during my time at Berkeley and I've seen her start, pivot, and grow this organization to what it is today.

I've known her for over 10 years, personally and professionally, and I can attest to her passion, her fire, and her ability to execute.

I am a big supporter of organizations that are small, local, and high-touch impact and this is one I am proud to support.

I've also come to be close to amazing Michelin Star chefs through this org - Dominique Crenn of Atelier Crenn, David Barzelay of Lazy Bear, and Michael Bauer (who wrote for the Chronicle).

Hope to see you there - details below.
