  • ​​​Printed or digital copy of a full COVID-19 vaccination, with the final vaccine dose received on or before February 16th, 2022. Full name on proof of vaccination must match your physical photo ID.

  • ​​​Printed or digital copy of a negative COVID-19 test result obtained 72 hours before the event. Proof of negative test must match your physical photo ID. Visit houstonemergency.org/covid-19-testing/ for free testing site information. NOTE: Lab testing can take 1-3 days to receive your results so please schedule your test ahead of time.
