What if I can’t attend live?
If you are not able to join live, the recording will help you just as much. Recording will be available on the same day and saved until May 1 so you can practice at any time, catch up or re-do the class.
Can I ask questions during/after the class?
Of course, I will answer your questions. I’m doing this for you and I would love you to make the most of it & learn a lot.
Do I have to be flexible to join this class?
No, this class is for everyone from beginner to advanced, especially good for those of us starting stretching as adults. You will be guided through each step, and will receive guidance and modifications/progressions to make each pose accessible for your body.
