Workshop 1: What is a Business Model Anyway?
In our first session, we will talk about business models more generally. What are they, anyway, and why do they matter? How are they different from a financial model?
Then, we will talk about the importance of having a vision for your business through time, and how that affects your business model.

About the Speaker
Katie Nowak is an innovation leader, new venture designer, and investor. She is consistently celebrated as a game-changer for executive entrepreneurs looking to clearly articulate their message, raise money, and commercialize their products.
