In her 20+-year career, Maya has been trusted by dozens of UN agencies and NGOs. Currently, she is a Co-Creation Advisor for USAID's Partnerships Incubator. Maya was also a course developer and facilitator for the Global Executive Leadership Initiative (GELI) hosted by UNOPS, USAID, LSE, and Harvard Humanitarian Initiative.

Shifting Power Accelerator starts February 6
The Shifting Power Accelerator (starting February 6, 2023) is an 8-week cohort-based online course to help emerging leaders in the global non-profit, philanthropic, and public sectors gain the skills and confidence needed to push for meaningful change.
This 60-minute workshop features a taste of Week 2/Module 2: Power and Decision-Making, which will be offered as a 2.5-hour workshop during The Shifting Power Accelerator.
The last day to enroll is February 5. Cohort 3 starts on February 6, 2023.
Only two live cohorts will be offered in 2024.
