βShare one hour of your time with me this week so I can walk through successful navigation of the Spark Platform and understand how Member Services supports you and your clients.
βMake sure that you have followed the steps below-
βSign the terms and conditions (this says that your data is always yours, we can support your clients following HIPAA guidelines, and gets you Spark Platform access)
βUpload your book of business here.
βOnce uploaded, our navigator team will be able to have the information necessary to support your clients with questions or concerns
βYou can download your client information straight from carrier sites by clicking on this link. This should take 15-20 minutes depending on how many carriers you work with. If you experience any challenges, call our agent support line for assistance at (212) 847-0697
βIf you already have platform access, update your marketing profile-
βThis helps us personalize communications to your clients through our white label communications outreach
βSign into the Spark Platform, and click on "My Account" in the bottom left corner under the navigation menu
βFrom there, click "Add Photo" and crop and save the image.
βFill out the bio, languages, and "business card" information as well
