​spaghetti moves blends breathwork, somatic exploration, and guided dance to help you unwind tension and move with more ease. each class begins on the ground, connecting to breath and sensation, then gradually builds into standing movement—shaking, stretching, and rhythmic phrases that invite you to soften and let go.

after moving, we come together to share a nourishing meal because community, connection, and pleasure are just as essential to the practice as the movement itself.

​daphne is the creator of spaghettimoves. she guides classes rooted in somatics, breath, and expressive dance to support embodiment, creativity, and emotional freedom. a professional dancer and teacher with open and kinrgy, she’s passionate about movement as a tool for expression and tapping you into your joy!
