Catarina Alencar is a brazilian designer and the CEO of Adverso Lab, a branding and innovation consultancy that has supported over 200 organizations across Brazil to achieve impactful results and innovative brand strategies.
Since 2018, she has been working in the intersection of branding and social innovation through various initiatives, leading Hackathons and projects for companies like BTG Pactual, SAP, PwC, and United Health Group.
As a facilitator and speaker, served as a host for a Ladies Wine & Design chapter in Fortaleza and mentored acceleration programs focused on social impact businesses.
