Sound Bath at Elmdon Lee, Littlebury Green

​Join me for a deeply restful start to the day ♡

A perfect way to take time for yourself to step away from daily life to de-stress, relax, and rebalance.

We start off with a meditation, followed by the healing sounds and vibrations of the crystal bowls, which encourage a deeply meditative state. After the sound session, there's a period of silence for reintegration. Finally, you'll be guided back by the sound of beautiful chimes.

My aim is to have you leaving feeling light and energised, ready to move into the rest of your day!

⁕ How to prepare ⁕
• Please wear warm clothes, and bring an extra layer (your body may cool down as you relax)
• If you have an eye pillow or mask, please do bring one along.

⁕ After care ⁕
• Sip on some water or tea after the session. Walk barefoot or massage your feet to ground and come back to the body. Be sure to ease back into your day slowly.

• Sound baths are not advised if you are TTC or in the first trimester of pregnancy, have metal plates or pace makers, have epilepsy, or severe mental health problems
• Sound baths are not intended to heal specific symptoms but rather to support a balanced lifestyle. If you have any concerns, consult your GP for medical advice first.
