Winter Solstice Gathering
Winter Solstice Gathering: Embracing the Arc of Change
The Winter Solstice, on December 21st, marks the shortest day + longest night in the Northern Hemisphere. This celestial event occurs as the North Pole reaches its farthest tilt from the sun, signifying a pivotal moment when days begin to gradually extend towards more light.
Join us for an evening devoted to introspection, subtle awareness, and recalibration. A time to reflect on the unfolding of our lives over this past year. An opportunity to contemplate the trajectory we've traversed, as we chart our course into the winter.
Our gathering together includes:
Somatic Release
Activating Breathwork
Guided Meditation
Sound Journey
Vocal Toning
Journaling
Partner Sharing
Space for Connection
Doors open at 6:30pm. Gathering begins at 7pm.
Led by Kiki, Cynthia, and Lola. We'll be held in the womb of the Center for Enlightenment Arts.
In the spirit of honoring this celestial shift, we invite you to adorn yourself with your coziest and flowiest beiges, golds, and dark tones. [mood board]
No one will be turned away. Please reach out if you need financial assistance to join us.
We look forward to sharing this time + space together.
