SOL-LA Play 2024
Save the date for SOL-LA Play daylong water retreat hosted by Sol and Lauren Arrow (Sol-La!)
After the cancellation of Soulplay's 2nd weekend, we decided to take the ball and run, creating our own mini-retreat. We are both die-hard Soulplay fans and facilitators and instead of being bummed, we made magick instead!
Join us for an intimate retreat in San Anselmo, limited to 30 folks. It's a sober daylong event filled with expressSING, relaxing, and a delicious dinner catered by Sol Food. We'll dive into the grand finale during Sol's mystical Water Temple while the sun sets, all with the stunning Mt. Tamalpais on full display.
As the moon rises, we'll sing luscious harmonies in the pool, connecting with our voices, the earth, and eachother through song and community.
Tickets are a sliding scale from $175-$300 and include snacks, hydrating beverages, and a soul-nourish dinner from the epic Sol Food. We have 5 work trade tickets available with varying degrees of support for $50-$100, please contact us if interested.
As much as we love kiddos, this event is not kid-friendly!

6:30 - 7:30 Water Temple with Sol Kennedy
7:30 - 8:30 Harmony Flow with Lauren Arrow
8:30 - 9:00 Goodbyes and shuttle back to lot
Note: Although we were Soulplay facilitators, this event is not a Soulplay event. Hope to see you there next year!
Meet your hosts:
Sol Kennedy (he/him) is a seasoned ceremonial facilitator with a passion for creating safe & transformative spaces. With a deep understanding of the healing properties of water, Sol has designed the Water Temple as a space for participants to connect with themselves & the spirit of the water. Lauren Arrow (she/her) is a trauma-informed Vocal Guide and creativity doula. Having felt awkward, unable to express herself & terrified of singing for most of her life, Lauren's purpose as a Vocal Guide is to create a safe, playful, and trauma-informed space for folks to explore & open the beautiful gift of their unique voice & to slowly start peeling away the self-judgement, criticism, & shame around expression. Workshop: ExpressSING Your Soul!
Our inner & outer worlds are full of sound - from beautiful angelic choirs to dissonant choppy expressions. Lean into your soul & listen to the unique way your being wishes to express itself in all moments. We will be utilizing toning, sounding, movement, somatic explorations, improvisation, harmonization & total expression while being witnessed in a safe, held container. Come play & open up the gates of your voice!
