About the Speaker
Shivani Chauhan will be conducting this session. She is a Psychologist at Manah Wellness and an REBT Practitioner with over three years of experience. She has expertise in aiding individuals with emotional, behavioural, relationship and motivational issues, identifying and disputing irrational beliefs.
