Westerkerk Unplugged | Special Edition | Live Piano & Harp
After the grand success of our first-ever church event, Westerkerk Unplugged, we're back with another special edition.
Together with De Kwekerij, we're transforming the iconic Westerkerk into a phone-free haven for Westerkerk Unplugged 2.0.
We have put together an immersive program that will allow you to unplug, slow down, connect with others, dream away to live piano (Cécile Schulte) and harp (Beate Loonstra) performances, and let your creativity run its course.
Each corner in the bright, spacious church will hold its own theme, allowing you to engage in a variety of unplugged experiences:
Reflection corner: Embrace the calm of autumn and make space for self-reflection. Journal your thoughts, write letters of gratitude, or meditate on what to let go and what to welcome. Feel free to bring your own journal or poetry book—this space is yours to pause, reflect, and grow.
Creative corner: A space to draw, sketch or paint, and add your share to our collaborative art piece, which all 250 guests will collaboratively create.
We ain't Strangers corner: A space for authentic human connection with like-minded people. Meet strangers or catch up with friends through (silent and non-silent) connection games and activities.
Free coffee and tea is included.
