​About Maigen Thomas: Maigen Thomas is a Senior UX Designer with over 10 years of experience in enterprise software SaaS product design and a background in full-stack development. She has been a business coach and a UX/UI Design Bootcamp Instructor for three cohorts of students at UC Berkeley. Maigen recently founded Level 11 Technology, an Apprenticeship Agency that acts as a ‘teaching hospital’ where early-career digital technologists are paid to get their first year of experience.
