About Event

WFH or RTO? Or both? A subject that business & HR leaders are still debating in today's post pandemic world. According to a survey by the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS), 68% of employees felt that flexi work should remain the norm. Looking through the lens of the business, employee productivity remains the key concern in flexi work arrangements (FWA). Join us in this session on redefining employee productivity in this hybrid work era that drives talent retention and business outcomes.

You will also hear from SNEF on their latest Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for SME Executives, Built Environment Professionals, and Human Capital Professionals. Programme duration range from 3-4 months, offering conversion training and salary support claims up to $24,000 per eligible enrolment. Hiring employers looking to take on locals with new PMET roles either in broad-based business functions, or new to the Built Environment sector, as well as profiles transiting from non SMEs to SMEs with an expanded job functions are highly encouraged to hear what the available schemes have to offer. Existing Human Resource (HR) practitioners can also tap on this scheme to upgrade their skills in redesigned HR job roles.
