​​This is a topic I care so much about because I have been a job seeker, a manager, and a climate founder over the past ten years. I've seen how the mentality you have around leadership can completely change your career trajectory. You can be a leader at any stage in your career!

For these sessions, we've broken down the common leadership challenges we hear from sustainability professionals, job seekers, and ecopreneurs. We will carry out interactive activities to explore ways to overcome these blocks and share leadership frameworks for creatives.
