Every year, the Smith School of Business Full-Time MBA program's Women in Leadership (WIL) Club conducts a day-long conference hosting established speakers across a plethora of industries and bringing together women across academic and professional worlds to engage in enlightening conversations. We’re thrilled to announce that we're bringing the opportunity to listen to our speakers, have these conversations and create some lasting connections to you in-person this year!
The theme for the Summit this year is ‘NAVIGATING A HYBRID WORLD’. The last two years have been transformational for the corporate world, and at the Summit, we will be speaking about some of the challenges women had to navigate through during this time and how they can continue to do so looking forward to better position themselves in the workplace in this new era of work.
This event is open to Master's / MBA students, including male allies who would like to attend.
