This moment marks the transition from vision to execution: building an integrated national network of Talent City campuses that unlocks economic opportunity at scale through digitally-enabled jobs.
Why This Matters
In a world rapidly transformed by AI, automation, and global outsourcing, Nigeria has the talent but lacks the infrastructure to scale its participation in the global digital economy. The Nigeria Talent Cities Initiative aims to close this gap by:
Transforming underutilised government and non-government facilities into world-class digital work campuses.
Creating over 500,000 direct and indirect jobs by 2027.
Building a 100,000-seat capacity campus network across Nigeria that makes our BPO and outsourcing industry globally competitive by 2027
What’s Happening at the Design Phase Kick-Off
This event serves as both the official introduction of the Nigeria Talent Cities Initiative and the launchpad for a collaborative design phase. We’re bringing together a high-level group of stakeholders including BPO operators, infrastructure experts, government representatives, development financiers, and digital ecosystem leaders to begin shaping the future of Nigeria’s digital infrastructure.

Unveil the Nigeria Talent Cities vision and strategic roadmap to stakeholders across key sectors
Engage stakeholders as collaborators, not just participants, in co-creating the pilot phase
Begin aligning on core design principles, infrastructure models, and success metrics
